NextAge has developed a hiring model for IT professionals that reduces project development costs by up to 40% and ensures execution security, with shared management and a more qualified onboarding process. Called New Staff Augmentation, the methodology was nominated for the Best International Vendors award during the Midsize Enterprise Summit (MES) Spring, an event that brought together over 150 CIOs from large North American midsize companies.

According to NextAge, based on its research, more than 90% of companies that hired developer outsourcing services reported some kind of issue. Among them are abusive contracts, lack of trust in new suppliers, slow recruitment processes, ineffective onboarding, and problems with professional management.

It was in an attempt to mitigate these problems that the new Outsourcing format was born. In this model, NextAge proposes a new dynamic, with the allocation of developer teams under the command of a team leader who oversees all execution phases. Furthermore, the company proposes the involvement of NextAge employees, ensuring expertise and job security. The developed model also provides a guarantee in case the contracting party decides to abandon the project or change the allocated professionals.

International Event

Only five companies, among many participants, were nominated to compete for the award, and NextAge had the honor of being one of them. The event, an initiative by the organizer The Channel Company, took place in Orlando, United States.

According to the company, decision-makers from midsize companies in the North American market approved and supported NextAge's new allocation approach. The event's format included boardrooms, business rooms where participants could present their product or service to 10 pre-selected companies.
