Where we came from, and where we're going
Founded in 2007 in Brazil by developers passionate about solving problems, NextAge was created to make software development more modern, human, and effective.
Over the years, we've expanded to offices in +4 cities and scaled operations to +10 countries, working with over 600 companies in Latin America, North America, and Europe.
In 2022, we revolutionized the market with our new staff augmentation, ending with the classic problems of outsourcing, such as low performance, inefficient management, and no predictability.
In 2025, we did it again with two new methodologies: NextFlow AI, which combines AI and human expertise, and Quality Center, squads focused on QA and test automation.

Meet our founders
Marcelo Augusto Ferri
Co-founder and current CEO of NextAge, holds a degree in Information Systems at UTFPR and has a personality driven by innovation. He is an entrepreneur and investor in CNM (SaaS for food service), and is now dedicated to teach high-performance talent and results-oriented professionals.
Juliano Haus
Co-Founder and Business Director of NextAge. A born entrepreneur, he is also C-level at two other companies: CEO of TestBooster.ai (test automation with AI) and investor in Nobotz.ai. Technology and innovation have always been part of his life, since his graduation in Information Technology at UTFPR. He also got an MBA in Project Management, which improved his leadership skills.
